Govt Finalizes Work Procedure for the 10th National Games

The government has prepared the work procedure for the 10th National Games to be held in Surkhet of Karnali Province.
Sports Minister Tejulal Chaudhary and Member Secretary Tankalal Ghising finalized the procedure after discussion at the Ministry of Youth and Sports on Wednesday.
The procedure mentions about the uniforms of players, coaches, officials and referees, game materials, administrative aspects, policies and rules applicable to the 10th National Games.
Karnali Province, which has been handed the responsibility of organizing the competition, is also mandated to perform some other necessary tasks. The procedure has been designed keeping in view the current situation. According to the NSC, the work procedure has been finalized as the budget has to be prepared based on the procedure.
The 100-day countdown to the upcoming 10th National Games has already begun. The National Games will have 24 sports events planned across Karnali, with infrastructure development in 10 districts progressing rapidly.
